The Camp I Am Spelling BeeHive (SBH) includes language skills, financial literacy, and expressive arts in a holistic engaging programme. It extends the traditional spelling bee model by using the word list as a foundation for activities in drama, debate, storytelling, creative writing, and practical financial education.

The SBH programme is built on a curated list of over 1,200 words drawn from the CAPS curriculum (English Home Language, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, EMS, Technology, Life Orientation, and Creative Arts). It accommodates visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles through four integrated competitions:

• Financial Literacy Spelling Bee Challenge: Master challenging words, spell, define and apply to real-life scenarios. 
  
• Show and Tell It!: Use spelling words in drama, storytelling, and performance.
• Eloquent Elocution: Develop public speaking and debate skills.
• Flex-in-Context: Apply word lists in creative writing — poems, stories, dialogues, and essays.
